John Sindler
John L. Sindler has joined Annapolis-based Hyatt Commercial as a sales and leasing agent. Sindler has been in commercial real estate since 1995, following a decade in general construction, doing predominantly municipal contracts.
As an active broker in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor, his deals have included industrial, office and retail transactions as well as the development of mixed-use and multi-family projects and land sales along the Route 40 and the Route 1 corridor in Baltimore, Howard and Prince George?s counties.
