In USA Weekend, I wrote a piece about what every dog should know. I interview Dr. Ian Dunbar, legendary creator of puppy classes; Victoria Stilwell of Animal Planet's "It's Me or the Dog," and Hollywood trainer Tony Suffredini (who most recently worked on the set of the "Incredible Burt Wonderstone")....you can check out what they say every dog should know - and their responses make sense...However, Chicago PetSmart trainer Melissa Arteaga taught her dog, Timmy, a life saving trick: to fetch a beer.
Read the story for details, and if you don't believe it - watch the video.Although, Timmy can fetch any drink, Arteaga says he prefers to fetch domestic beer, though he is an Australian Cattle Dog mix.
